NEW! Meeting Management Capability

MyInfo allows you to submit applications to TCs, track the status of those applications, and maintain your current contact information to ensure seamless communication throughout the standards development process.

Starting July 30th, ULSE Technical Committee (TC) Project Managers will use a new meeting management tool to schedule TC and related meetings. Users will enjoy an improved, more consistent user experience across multiple TCs while having access to a centralized meeting calendar, polling capabilities, and consolidated access to meeting-related documents.

This new tool will improve the way ULSE manages calendars and schedules technical committee meetings, with your experience in mind.

APPLYING TO A TECHNICAL COMMITTEE

MyInfo allows you to submit applications to TCs and track the status of those applications. To apply, select the Apply to be a TC Member on the MyInfo homepage.

On the TC selection page of the application, find TCs by searching for the standard name, standard number, or TC number. Once you select a TC, an application will open. After you complete and submit your application, the TC chair will review it and notify you via email of the result.

Quick Tip: The ULSE Collaborative Standards Development System (CSDS) lists TCs in need of members with links to apply. This can be accessed under the TC Info dropdown on

ATTENDING TC MEETINGS

As a technical committee member, you can see all of the meetings for your TCs by selecting the My Meetings tile at the bottom of the homepage.

If you want to attend a meeting held by a TC you are not a member of, you can request to attend the meeting. From the All TC Meetings tile, you can select the meeting you are interested in to view the details. From there, you may select the Guest Attendance Request button near the top right of the page.

If you would like to invite a guest to a meeting held by the TC that you are a member of, follow the same steps for a Guest Attendance Request and enter your guest’s details instead of your own.

The Meeting Link section of the meeting details page will contain a link to join the meeting if it is a virtual or hybrid meeting. This is usually a Microsoft Teams link.
